Cowboy In Space

"Cowboy In Space" is my first project that I plan to finish up, polish and publish all made in GameMaker 2! It is still very rough and I have a lot more work to do!

I hope you enjoy this top down shooter that allows you to upgrade your health, dash speed, and sword strength with the souls you collect from your slain enemies!

Navigate the main menu with either WASD or the arrow keys, controller is also supported! (The Brightness setting is not available yet.) Fullscreen and Controls can be accessed from the settings.

There isn't a last level currently, the game will loop through the last two arena's and the pickup/upgrade room.

Controls:

(Mouse and Keyboard)

• WASD to move
• Aim with mouse
• Left click to shoot
• Right click to swap weapons
• Space Bar to dash
• E to read signs and computers 
• escape key to pause
• WASD or Arrow keys to navigate menus (enter to confirm)

(Controller)

• Left Stick or D-Pad to move
• Aim with Right stick
• Right Trigger to shoot
• Left Trigger to swap weapons
• Dash with X (Xbox)  or Square (Playstation) (gamepad face button 3)
• Read signs with A  (Xbox)  or X (Playstation) (gamepad face button 1)
• Start to pause 
• D-pad to navigate menus, A  (Xbox)  or X (Playstation) (gamepad face button 1) to confirm
