Platform Shooter

I uploaded a very similar game a few years ago and I'm trying to get back into making games. 

This is a platformer/shooter made in game maker and based on the Shaun Spalding YouTube tutorial found here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLPRT_JORnIupqWsjRpJZjG07N01Wsw_GJ

There's some issues with how the moving platforms work. They functionally work but can cause movement issues with the player.

I may come back and update this again with a new level or two, and I may fix up how the moving platforms work.
